Prestige Homes of Brevard, Inc., an award-winning custom homebuilder, has been established as a corporation since December 21, 1993. It's principal officers are John Wales (President) and Mark Pagliarulo (Vice-president).
John Wales, whose father was a builder, has been active in the building trade for thirty-six years. Sixteen of those years have been spent constructing homes here in Brevard County. He has held his general contractor's license for twenty-six years and is the qualifier for Prestige Homes of Brevard.
Mark Pagliarulo is a third generation builder in his family. He has been in the building trade for twenty-six years, with twelve spent working here in Brevard County. Prior to the formation of Prestige Homes of Brevard, Inc., he was the owner of a remodeling and trim carpentry business. He also holds a painting contractor's license and has expertise in this area as well.
Prestige Homes builds homes as if they were being built for their own families, expecting nothing less than excellence from all of its sub-contractors. They build quality homes, with stress placed on both workmanship and value.
